Takehiko Wakayama Chairman and Representative Director
In 1989, joined the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan (now SBI Shinsei Bank), working in Tokyo and New York. Later, engaged in a broad range of financial products and finance-related operations, including roles at foreign securities firms.
In 2000, founded eBank Corporation (now Rakuten Bank). As the Executive Vice President and COO, led fundraising, acquisition of a banking license, and system development, successfully launching the second online bank in Japan.
In 2004, he was appointed to the President and CEO of Asset Investors Co., Ltd. (now Merchant Bankers Co., Ltd., TSE 3121),In addition to managing real estate funds and private equity funds, he led various investment projects, including the establishment of a fund in Hong Kong. Later, as an individual, he was involved in venture investments and revitalization of ailing companies.
Since 2012, he has been leading a group of publicly listed companies as the representative Director of Minato Holdings, Inc. while also founding the company and providing multifaceted support to high-growth venture companies.
Tetsufumi Miyake President and Representative Director
In 1996, joined the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan (currently SBI Shinsei Bank).
Engaged in LBO finance, private equity investments, value enhancement for portfolio companies, and structuring domestic and international project finance, such as renewable energy.
In 2018, joined Minato Holdings Group and assumed the position of the President and the Representative Director of the company.
Currently, serving as the Executive Managing Director and CFO of Minato Holdings Co., Ltd.
Go Watanabe Vice President and Representative Director
In 1993, joined Sanwa Bank (currently MUFG Bank), and subsequently engaged in investment banking activities such as securitization, various non-recourse loans, M&A, and venture finance primarily at financial institutions and investment banks.
Most recently, served as the Executive Officer and the Head of Finance at Ichigo Inc. (TSE Prime: 2337), contributed to the company’s management strategy while launching new businesses as CEO and board member of several subsidiaries focused on real estate.
In January 2024, he has been appointed to the Vice President and Representative Director of Minato Holdings Co., Ltd.
Hitoshi Ishida Director
In 1994, joined Asahi Audit Corporation (currently KPMG AZSA LLC) primarily engaged in financial statement audits for listed company clients. In 1998, joined Cargill Japan, where he worked as part of the Value Investment Group, focusing on asset management including receivables and real estate, overseeing the investment management and reporting team. Later, responsible for executing receivables investments.
In 2013, joined J-Will Partners, engaging in fundraising and investor services within the IR department.
In 2023, he founded iCrossBee, began management consulting services.
He was appointed to the Director of Minato Holdings Co., Ltd. in August of the same year.
Yuta Watanabe Executive Officer
In 1997, joined Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (currently Mizuho Bank), where he gained experience in corporate finance, M&A finance, and asset finance.
In 2008, served as Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy at a publicly listed investment company, engaged in corporate planning and portfolio management activities.
In 2011, joined Tokyo Star Bank and oversaw corporate client coverage as the Head of Corporate Sales Department and General Manager.
In 2021, served as COO and CIO of a business investment company, overseeing whole operations.
In July 2024, he joined Minato Holdings Co., Ltd. as the Executive Officer.
